TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2012-62
BEESG A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED,
TO REZONE LANDS FROM URBAN RES ENTIAL-FIRST DENSITY ZONE (UR1) AND RURAL ZONE (RU) TO SPECIAL URBAN RESIDENTIAL-FIRST
DENSITY ZONE (UR1-13); PART LOT 40, CONCESSION VII, DISTRICT OF STORRINGTON: McCALLUM
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to parcels of land located in Part of Lot 40’ , Concession VII of the District of Stomngton, NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH
FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedules IC’ and IG? to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, are hereby further amended by changing the zonmg from Urban Residential-First Density Zone (UR1) and Rural Zone (RU) to Special Urban Residential-First

Density Zone (UR1-13) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule"!". 2.
THAT a new section URl-13 (Part Lot 40, Concession VII, Storrmgton District-
McCallum) be added inunediately foUowing section UR1-12 (Part Lot 8 Concession DC, Storrington District-Freeman), to read as follows: UR1-13 ffart Lot 40. Concession VU. Storrmeton District - McCaIlum^
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 14.3.1 or any other provision of tfais
By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Urban Residential-First Density Zone (UR1-13), the following provisions apply: . .
45 metres (150 ft.) Lot Frontage (Minimum) All development must be set back a minimum of 30 metres (98.4 ft.) behind the rear lot line of any abutting property.
All other provisions of this By-law shall apply. 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section. 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34.
