TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC 3Y-LAW NUMBER 2013-2
BEING^ BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED,
TO REZONE LANDS FROM RURAL ZONE (RU) AND LIMITED S2RVICE RESIDENTIAL-WATERFRONT ZONE (RLSW) TO SPECIAL WATERFRONT RESIDENTIAL ZONE (RW-33) AND FROM RURAL (RU) ZONE TO LIMITED
SERVICE RESIDENTIAL-WATERFRONT ZONE (RLSW); PART LOT 22, CONCESSION VII, DISTRICT OF BEDFORS: GREENSLADE
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to parcels of land located in Part of Lot 22, Concessions VII of the District of Bedford.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule -B’ to Zonmg By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Rural Zone (RU) and Limited
Service Residential-Waterfront Zone (RLSW) to Special Waterfront Residential Zone (RW-33) and from Rural Zone (RU) to Limited Service Residential-
Waterfront Zone (RLSW) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”. 2.
THAT a new section RW-33 (Part Lot 22, Concessions VII, Bedfrod District-
Greenslade) be added immediately following section RW-32 (Part Lot 16, Concession IV, Bedford District - Snavely), to read as follows:
RW-33 rPart Lot 22, Concession VII, Bedford District - Greensladek
Notwithstanding the zone regulations in section 8.3.1 or an> other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Waterfront Residential Zone (RW-33), the following provisions shall apply: Road Frontage (Minimum)
64 metres (21 Oft.)
All other provisions of this By-law shall apply. 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, RSO 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this eighth day of January, 2013. Read a first and second time this eighth day ofJanuaiy, 2013. Read a third time and finally passed this eighth day of January, 2013.
