NOWJTM;FORE-1TCORPORATTON OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUT FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1.
I^Z^!l!^e^B-‘i.to?mu?g By-lawNumber 2003-75as amended, is hereby
^amended by changing the zoning &on> Rural (RU) Zone to-SpecialLinuted Service Resulential-Waterfront Zone (RLSW-91) and-Special Limited Servic;
Residential-Water&ont Zone (RLSW-92) for those lands’sho^vn onAe" attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
2- ^HA^ a new ^ction. R^s^~91 (part Lots 23 & 24’ Concessions VI and VII,
Loughborough District- Beach) be added immediately following section RLSWW (Part Lot 26, Concession XIV, Loughborough District - Hastier), to read as follows:
“RLSW-91 (Part Lots 23 & 24, Concession VI & VO, LouRhborouph Dish-ict
- Gary and Martha Beach)
Notwithstanding the zone regulations in section 10.3.1 and 10.3.2 or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Limited
Service Residential-Waterfi-ont (RLSW-91) Zone, the followmg provisions shall apply:
For the Princinal Buildme
Front Yard (Mmimum) Setback from highwater mark or
35 metres (115 ft.)
Floodline of a waterbody (Minimum)
35 metres (115 ft.)
For Accessory Buildines Not Attached to the Principal Buildins Setback from highwater mark or floodline of a waterbody
35 metres (115 ft.)
The uses permitted in the RLSW-91 zone are subject to a site plan agreement to be entered mto between the owners and the municipality and registered on the title
of the property, specifying locations of building envelopes and septic systems behind the rise of land that exists near the lake shore, placement of the access road
and implementation of all recommendations of the Environmental Report From dated December 2011, from ‘Ecological Services’. All other provisions of this By-law shall apply.”
- THAT a new section RLSW-92 (Part Lots 23 & 24, Concessions VI and VII, Loughborough District- Beach) be added immediately following section RLSW-
91 (Part Lots 23 & 24, Concessions VI and VH, Loughborough District- Beach),
to read as follows:
“RLSW-92 flPart Lots 23 & 24. Concession VI & VU. Louehborouffh District
- Gary and Martha Beach)
Notwithstanding the zone regulations in section 10.3.1 and 10.3.2 or any other
provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Limited Service Residendal-Waterfront (RLSW-92) Zone, the following provisions shall apply:

All other provisions of this By-law shall apply.” 4.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with sections 34 and 41 of
the Planning Act, RSO 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34 and 41. 5.
