TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2013-19
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2000-85, THE OFFICIAL PLAN FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, AS AMENDED, TO CHANGE THE DESIGNATION ON SCHEDULE (A’ LAND USE PLAN AS IT RELATES TO PART LOTS 16 & 17, CONCESSION VII, DISTRICT OF STORRmCTON: PILON/PURDON.
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2000-85, the Official Plan for the Township of South Frontenac, as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lots 16 & 17, Concession VU of the District of Stomngton. NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSfflP OF SOUTH
FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule “A”, Land Use Plan, to By-law Number 2000-85 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the designation from Agricultural to Rural, for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule " 1".
- THAT the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to make application to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing for the approval of Amendments Number 16 & 18 to the Township of South Frontenac Official Plan.
- THAT this By-law shall come into force and take effect on the day of passing of the Official Plan Amendments Number 16 & 18 by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this fifth day of March, 2013. Read a first and second tune this fifth day of March, 2013. Read a third time and finally passed this fifth day of March, 2013.
