TOWNSmP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2013-26

A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM GENERALLY PREVIOUS ACTIONS OF THE

COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC.

THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. The actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac at its Council Meetings of April 2nd’ 2013 be confirmed.

2. Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk-Administrator of all Deeds, Instruments and other Documents necessary to give effect to any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.

3. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 2nd of April, 2013. Read a first and second time this 2nd day of April 2013. Read a third time and finally passed this 2nd day April 2013. THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC
