TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2013-28
BEING A BY-LAW TO APPROVE THE NAMING OF AN EXISTING PRIVATE
LANE TQ WINDY BAY LANE; PART LOT 1, CONCESSION IV, DISTRICT OF BEDFORD
WHEREAS, the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.27, as amended provides &at municipalities may pass by-laws respecting highways and all road allowances; AND WHEREAS Council has passed and enacted By-law No. 2002-92 to prescribe the form and manner for The naming of a private road or lane;
AND WHEREAS public notice of Council’s intention to pass this by-law has given in fhe manner prescribed in By-law No. 2002-100, as it relates to parcels of land located in Part /
of Lot 1, Concession TV of the District of Bedford. NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT the existing unnamed private lane shown on Schedule 4A’ to fhis By-law as miming norfheriy off of Abrams Lane to access five waterfront residential lots fi-onting on Devil Lake be named “Windy Bay Lane”,
- THAT Schedule tA’ attached hereto shall fonn part of this By-lav^.
- THIS BY-LAW shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passing. Dated at (he Township of Soutb Frontenac this seventh day of May,2013.
