TOWNSfflP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2013-31

A_BY:LAW To CONFIRM GENERALLY PREVIOUS ACTIONS OF THE CPUNCXL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC.

THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. The actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac at its Council Meetings of May 21st’ 2013 be confirmed.

2. Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk-Admimstrator of all Deeds,

Instruments and other Documents necessary to give effect to any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the afGxingofthe Corporate Seal to

any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and

confirmed.

3. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage. Dated at the Township of South Frontcnac tMs 21st day of May, 2013. Read a first and second time this 21st day of May, 2013. Read a third time and finally passed this 21st day May,2013. THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC
