TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2013-37
A^BY-LAW TO CONFIRM GENERALLY PREVIOUS ACTIONS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC.
THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The actions of die Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac at its Special Council Meeting of June 11th, 2013 be conHrmed.
Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk-Administrator of aU Deeds,
Instruments and other Documents necessary to give effect to any such
Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to any _such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.
- This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 11th day of June, 2013. Read a first and second time tMs llth day of June, 2013. Read a third time and finally passed this llth day June,2013. THE CORPORATION OF THE
