SOUTH FRONTENAC TOWNSHIP BY-LAW 2013-38
BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO A COMMITTEE OF
ADJUSTMENT/LAND DIVISION COMMITTEE, POLICE SERVICES BOARD, CORPOSATS SERVICES AND RTOEAU VALLEY CONSERVATION AUTHORITY
WHEIULAS Council has by by-law established a Committee ofAdjustment/Land Division Committee under Sections 44(1), 44(3) and 51.2(1) of the Planning Act, R.S,0. 1990, Chapter p.l3, as amended; and, WHEREAS the Council appointees to the Committee are for a one-year term; NC\V THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTE
FRCNTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1.
THAT the CounciUor(s) as listed in Schedule A are hereby appointed to fhe Committee ofAdjustment/Land Division Committee, Police Services Board and Rideau Valley Conservation Authority for the Township of South Frontenac for tfae year 2013;
THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage
