SOUTH FRONTENAC TOWNSHIP BY-LAW 2013-39
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT BUILDING INPSECTORS
WHEREAS Section 3(1) of the Building Code Act, R. S. 0. 1990. Chapter B. 13, as amended provides that the Council of each municipality is responsible for the
enforcement of the Building Code Act in the municipality; and,
WHEREAS Section 3 (2) of the Building Code Act, R. S. 0. 1990, Chapter B.13,
^S.^T-en^Lr?quir?s th,at.the council of each municipality shall appoint a Chief
Building Official and such inspectors as necessary for the enforcement of the Act; NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Christa Johnston is hereby appointed as a Building Inspector for the Township of South Frontenac, retroactively from her start date of May 1,
Torn Berriault is hereby appointed as a Building Inspector for the Township of South Frontenac effective June 24, 2013.
All other by-laws, resolutions or actions of Council that are not consistent with
or which are contrary to the provisions of this by-law are hereby repealed. 4. This by-law shall come into force and take effect on June 18, 2013.
