A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM GENERALLY PREVIOUS ACTIONS OF THE COUNCIL OF TEE CORPORATION 07 THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRCNTENAC.
THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH
FRONTENAC, 3Y ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: I* The actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South nd Frontenac at its Special Council Meeting of July 2M, 2013 be confirmed. 2.
Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk-Administrator of all Deeds, Instruments and other Documents necessary to give effect to any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed,
This By-law shall come into force and take effect on fhe date of its passage. nd
