BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED.

TO-_REZONB LAN"S FROM LIMITED SERVICE RESIDENTIAL: WATERFRONT ZONE (M-SW) TO SPECIAL LIMITED -SERVICE RESIDENTIAL-WATERFRONT ZONE (RLSW-94); PART LOT ‘18^ CONCESSION DC, DISTRICT OF STORRINGTON: (GEORGE) WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it

NOW^THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF TEE TOWNSHIP OF SOU FRONTENAC BY ITS COIWCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

The uses p^nitte^in the RLE^-94 zone are subject to a site plan agreement to be entered mt^b?6veen fhe^vners and the municipality and registered on the title of the propertyY specify^ that the area of the old dwelling and deck must be removed and its are^re-naturalized with native species of plantings; and to

specify the size an^location of the development and to require that the setback area generally neat the water be maintained in its existing natural state. All other provisions of this By-law shall apply.” 3.

THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with sections 34 and 41 of

the Planning Act, RSO 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34 and 41.
