BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED,
TOREZONE LANDS FROM RURAL ZONE (RU) TO RURAL HOLMNG ZON (RU-H); PART LOT 22, CONCESSION XI, DISTRICT OF BEDFORD:iREi]EE WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to paTcelsofland located in Part of Lot 22, Concession XI of title District of Bedford,
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSfflP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
L TH^T schedule tD’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, are hereby furtheTaT°ded by changing the zoning fi-om Rural Zone (RU) to Ritfal Holding Zone (RU-H) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
- THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 36 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 36.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this sixth day of August, 2013. Read a first and second time this sixth day of August, 2013.
