WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it exp_edient to ^end By.aw Number 2003.75 as vended, as it elates toparcels-ofland located m Part of Lot 25, Concession XI of the District of Bedford,
NOW_THERSFCRE THE CORPORATION Of THE TOWNSHIP OF SOU FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1.
‘?i^J ^^S ^’ t^^,<^rg+?rl^,?!?n£^2?^~Z^asoam^nde^’ ishercby further amended by changing the zoning from Limited Service ResidentialWaterfront Zone (RLSW) to Special Limited Service Residential-Waterfront Zone
(RLSW-82) and to Rural Zone (RU) for those lands shown on the attached map
designated as Schedule “I”.
- THZS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this sixth day of August, 2013. Read a first and second time this sixth day of August, 2013. Read a third time and finally passed this sixth day of August, 2013.
