BY-LAW NUMBER 2013-55
BEING A 3Y-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMEN3SD,
TO REZONE LANES FROM AGRXULTURAL ZONE (A) TO SPSCIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE (A-l), PART LOT 20, CON. XKI, DISTRICT CF 3SDFORD: EDWARDS.
WEEREAS, the Municipal Council of fhe Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to land located in Part of Lot 20, Concession Xffl, of the District of Bedford; AND WHEREAS, it is recognized that the amendment is required to permit a residential severance to occur m land designated as prime agricultural land; AND WHEXSAS, the Provincial Policy Statement of 2005 permits residential severances m prime agricultural land only on the conditiofn that furiher residential uses are prohibited ou the remaining farm land; NCW THSREFORE THE COKPGRATION OF THE TOWNSmP OF SCUTr;
raONTENAC W xTS COUNCIL, HE3EBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1.
THAT Schedule r’D", to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby furiher amended by changing the zoning from Agricultural (A) Zone to Special Agricultural (A-l) Zone for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule"!".
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of Ihe
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by fhe said section 34.
