CHANGING THE ZONING FROM AGMCTL-HJRAL ZONE (A) TO RURAL ZONE (RU); PART LOTS 16 &17, CONCESSION VII, DISTRICT O? STORRINGTON: PILON/LIMESTONE AGGREGATES
WHER3AS, the Municipal Council of the Township of Soufh Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to parcels of land located m Part of Lots 16 &17, Concession VH of the District of Stoirmgton. ifT^T? NCW TSESEFOas THE CORPORATION OF TEE TOWNS2IP s<^ H^^l ^FTE
FRCNT2NAC BY ITS COUNCIL, EEREBY 2NACTS ^ FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule “C”, to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby furfher amended by changing the zoning from Agricultural Zone (A) to Rural Zone (RU), for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
TSttS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34.
