TOWNSmP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2013-62
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEN3 BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE LANDS FROM RURAL ZONE (RU) TO SPECIAL SWRAL ZONE (RU-47); PART LOT 2, CONCESSION II, DISTRICT OF LOUGHBOROUGH: (FELLOWS)
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 2, Concession U of the District ofLoughborough. NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP 07 SOUTH
^RONTENAC BY FTS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule (B to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Rural Zone (RU) to Special Rural Zone (RU-47) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “1”
THAT a new section RU-47 (Part Lot 2, Concession H, Loughborough DistnctFellows), be added immediately following section RU-46 (Part Lot?, Concession VII, Portland District - Asselstine, to read as follows: “RU-47 flPart Lot 2, Concession U, Louehboroueh District ~ 5’ellows)
Notwithstanding the zone regulations in section 7.3.1 or any other provision of this By-law to fhe contrary, on the lands zoned Special Rural Zone (RU-47), the following provisions shall apply: D
no development shall be located witiiin 30 metres (98.4 ft.) of the rear lot line of any lot iiontmg on Forest Road.
All other provisions of this By-law shall apply.” 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, RSO 1990, either on Ifae date of passage or as ofherwise provided by section 34.
