TOWNSfflP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2013-63

BEING^ BYJ.AW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED,

TO REZONE LANDS FROM SPECIAL RECREATIONAL RESORT COMMERCIAL ZONE (RRC-15) TO SPECIAL RECREATIONAL RESORT COMMERCIAL ZONE (RRC-62) AND TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF PERMITTED UNITS IN THE RECREATIONAL RESORT COMMERCIAL

ZONE (RRC-15); PART LOTS 20 & 21, CONCESSION DC, DISTRICT OF STORRINGTON: (NORMAND)

WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it

expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 20 & 21, Concession DC of the District ofStorrington.

NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSfflP OF SOUT FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

  1. THAT Schedule “C to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning firom Special Recreational Resort Commercial Zone (RRC-15) to Special Recreational Resort Commercial Zone

(RRC-62) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.

  1. THAT a new section RRC-62 (Part Lot 20 & 21, Concession DC, Storrington District- Normand), be added immediately following section RRC-61 (Part Lot 8, Concession XIII, Bedford District - Jones), to read as follows:

“RRC-62 art Lot 20 & 21. Concession DC. Storrineton District - Normandy Notwithstanding any provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Recreational Resort Commercial (RRC-62), the following uses only are permitted: i) 3 cottages, 1 trailer ii) iii) accessory buildmgs.

All other provisions of this By-law shall apply.” 3.

THAT section RRC-15 (Part Lot 20 & 21, Concession DC, Stomngton DistrictBurnt Hills Lodge) be deleted in its entirety and replaced with a new section RRC15 (Part Lot 20 & 21, Concession DC, Storrington District- Burnt HUls Lodge), to read as follows:

“RRC-15 tPart Lot 20 & 21, Concession IX, Storrington District - Burnt HiUs Lodee)

Notwithstanding any provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned

Special Recreational Resort Commercial (RRC-15), the following uses only are permitted: i) 1 single detached dwelling, 2 sheds, ii) iii) 1 cottage, iv) 9 trailers/parkmodels. All other provisions of this By-law shall apply.”

4. THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the

Planning Act, RSO 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided

by section 34.

Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this first day of October, 2013. Read a first and second time this first day of October, 2013. Read a third time and finally passed this first day of October, 2013.
