TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2013-75

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE LANDS FROM LIMITED SERVICE RESIDENTIAL-

WATERFRONT ZONE (RLSW) TO LIMITED SERVICE RESIDENTIAL"

WATERFRONT HOLDING ZONE (RLSW-H); PART LOT 8, CONCESSION V, DISTRICT OF LOUGHBOROUGH: SOUCIE

WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to parcels of land located in Part of Lot 8, Concession V of the District ofLoughborough,

NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOU

FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. THAT Schedule ‘B’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Limited Service Residential-

Waterfront Zone (RLSW) to Limited Service Residential-Waterfront Holding Zone (RLSW-H) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.

2. THAT the holding symbol shall be removed only when the subject land has been remediated in accordance with the Environmental Rq?ort dated August 31, 2009 from Ecological Services and to the satisfaction of the Township.

THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 36 of the

Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 36.
