FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

amended^ changing ^zoning fromWaterfront Residential Zone .(RW)“toUmited Service Residential-Waterfront Zone (RLSW) and Special Limited Service’ResideatiaT
WateAo^Zone (RLSW-94) for those lands sho^-on the attached map designated as Schedule”!". 2- THAT Zoning By-law^numbCT 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding Lne^._!e?ti0^ RLS^~94JIl(?-.i^concession I) Loughborough District - Harvie^ immediately after section RLSW-93 (Lots 23 & 24, ConcessionX, Bedford Disfrict'^
Deneault), to read as follows:
RLSW-94 fPart Lot 8 Concession I. Louehboroush District - Harviel
Notwithstanding the zone regulations in section 10.3.1 or any other provision of
fhis_ By-law to the wntrary, on the lands zoned Special Limited Service Residential-Waterfront Zone (RLSW-94) the following provisions shall apply: i) Setback of septic system from highwater mark (Minimum) 300 metres (984 ft.),
ii) Setback ofseptic system from inland watercourse (Minimum) 30 metres (98.4 ft.),
UOSetback for all development from the highwater mark (Minimum) 120 metres (394 ft.).
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply.
3* T??? BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by the said section 34.
