SOUTH FRONTENAC TOWNSHIP BY-LAW 2014-02
BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO A COMMITTEE OF ADJUSTMENT/LAND DIVISION COMMITTEE
WHEREAS Council has by by-law established a Committee ofAdJustaient/Land Division Committee under Sections 44(1), 44(3) and 51.2(1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter p.l3, as amended; and,
WHEREAS the Council appointees to the Committee are for a one-year term; NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT the councillors as listed in Schedule A are hereby appointed to the Committee ofAdjustment/Land Division Committee for the Township of South Frontenac for the year 2014;
THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 7th day of January, 2014. Read a first and second time this 7th day of January, 2014.
