TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2014-06
A BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC TO ESTABLISH A
SERVICE FEE FOR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING SERVICES WITH RESPECT TO PAYMENT FOR PROPERTY TAXES, SERVICES AND
ACTIVITIES.
THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP of SOUTH FRONTENAC HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1 ^^^<^e^J^^l^^tf^^J^«u!!!^Jt^ ^Lf^. L°^^sl^?^pr?)pert^_taxes? services or activities, the following service fees for credit card processing are authorized:
a) A service fee of 2.8% of the payment amount for any credit card transaction subject to a minimum fee of $3.50 or as provided under the service
Agreement with Paymentus (Canada) Corporation based on regular review of the agreement and mutual agreement by both parties.
