TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2014-10
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED,
TO__REZONE LANDS FROM RURAL ZONE (RU) TO WATERFRONT RESIDENTIAL ZONE (RW); PART LOT 25, CONCESSION X, DISTRICT OF STORRINGTON: KNAPP
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to parcels of land
located m Part of Lot 25, Concession X of the District ofStomngton,
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOU FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
L TH^T sche^ule 6C’to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby farther amended by changing the zoning fi-om Rural Zone (RU) to Water&ont Residential Zone (RW) those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
THIS BY-LAW shall come mto force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this fourth day of February, 2014. Read a first and second time this fourth day of February, 2014. Read a third time and finally passed this fourth day of February, 2014.
