TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2014-12

A-BY:LAW TO CONFIRM GENERALLY PREVIOUS ACTIONS OF THE

COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIPOF “SOUTH FRONTENAC.

THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. The actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac at its Council Meeting of February 4th, 2014 be confirmed.

2. Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk-Admimstrator of all Deeds,

fastruments and other Documents necessa^ to give effect to any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the afHxingof the Corporate Seal to

any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.

3. This By-law shaU come into force and take effect on the date of its passage. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 4th day of February, 2014. Read a first and second time this 4th day of February, 2014. Read a third tune and finally passed this 4th day of February 2014. THE CORPORATION OF THE
