TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2014-14

A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM GENERALLY PREVIOUS ACTIONS OF THE

COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC.

THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. The actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac at its Council Meeting of February 18th, 2014 be confirmed.

2. Execution by the Mayor and the CIerk-Administrator of all Deeds, Instruments_ and other Documents necessary to give effect to any such

Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.

3. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 18th day of February, 2014. Read a first and second time this 18th day of February, 2014.
