TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2014-15
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED,
TO REZONE LANDS FROM URBAN RESIDENTIAL-FIRST DENSITY ZON
(UR1) TO SPECIAL URBAN RESIDENTIAL-FIRST DENSITY ZONE (UR1-15); PART LOT 26, CONCESSION I, DISTRICTOFSTORRINGTON: (WILSON) WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to parcels of land located in Part of Lot 26, Concession I of the District ofStomngton.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SO
FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule ‘C to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby furiher amended by changing the zoning from Urban Residential-First Density Zone (UR1) to Special Urban Residential-First Density Zone (UR1-15) for those lands shown on fhe attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
THAT a new section UR1-15 (Part Lot 26, Concession I, Stomngton DistrictWilson), be added immediately following section UR1-14 (Part Lot 40, Concession VD., Storrington District - McCallum), to read as follows: “UR1-15 fPart Lot 26. Concession I. Storrineton District - Wilson)
Notwifhstanding fhe zone regulations in section 14.3.1 or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Urban Residential-First Density (UR1-15), the following provisions shall apply: i)
Lot Frontage (Minimum)
56 metres (183 ft.)
All other provisions of this By-law shall apply.” 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of tfae
Planning Act, RSO 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34 and 41 . Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this fourth day of March, 2014.
