TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2014-16
BEINGAB.Y:LAWTOASSUME THE PUBLIC WORKS IN THE DEER CREEK
ESTATES PHASE 2 SUBPmSION PLAN 13M-79.
WHEREAS, fheMumcipal_Council of the Township of South Frontenac had entered into magre^ient with Dekaio Developments Inc. for the subdivision known as Deer Creek
Estates Phase 2 Subdivision; and
^??^^L?e-T^divid,er;.Delcaro Devel°Pments Inc-> has completed the obligations
T^te temsof Ae subdivision agreement and has requested &at the mumcciplity assume the subdivision works includmg the streets therein; and
WHEREAS; the outstanding accounts have been paid in full;
NOWJBEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSfflP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT effective March 5, 2014, the streets in Plan of Subdivision Plan 13M-79
DamelyDeer cree,k. ?rive’Fawn Broolc Drive and whitetail Court, arc hereby assumed as public highways.
Dated at the Township of South Fronfenac this fourth day of March, 2014. Read a first and second time this fourth day of March, 2014.
Read a third time and finally passed this fourth day of March, 2014.
