TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2014-19
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, TO ADD RETAIL STORE AND CONVENIENCE RETAIL STORE TO THE
LIST OF PERMTTTED USES IN THE SPECIAL URBAN COMMERCIAL (UC20) ZONE; PART LOT 6, CONCESSION V, DISTRICT OF PORTLAND: 1278804 ONTARIO WC.
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located m Part of Lot 6. Concession V of the District of Portland. NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH
FRONTCNAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Ihe Special Urban Commercial Zone [UC-20) be changed by addlmg “Retail Store” and “Commercial Retail Store” to the list of permitted uses.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force 5n accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on tiae date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34.
