TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2014-36
A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2002-98 AND BY-LAW 200863,
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to revoke Section 17 of by-law Number 2002-98 and Section 21 of by-law Number 2008-63.
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac believes all previous applications for exemptions under by-law 2002-98 and 2008-63 were considered at the time.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SO FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HERBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Section 17 of by-law 2002-98 and Section 21 ofby-law 2008-63 be revoked.
THAT any outstanding exemption requests under by-law 2002-98 and 2008-63 be considered denied.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force and take effect upon passage.
