TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2014-41
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE LANDS FROM RURAL (RU) ZONE TO WATERFRON RESmENTIAL ZONE (RW) AND SPECIAL WATERFRONT RESIDENTIAL
ZONE (RW-36); PART LOT 16, CONCESSION X, DISTRICT OF LOUGHBOROUGH: SHALES
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 16, Concession X of the District ofLoughboiough.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SO FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- THAT Schedule ‘B’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing tiie zoning from Rural (RU) Zone to Waterfi-ont Residential (RW) Zone and Special Waterfi-ont Residential Zone (RW-36) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
THAT Zoning By-law number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding
a new section RW-36 (Lot 16, Concession X, Loughborough District - Shales), immediately after section RW-35 (Lot 23 & 24, Concession X, Bedford District Deneault), to read as follows: RW-36 (Part Lot 16. Concession X. Loufihboroush District - Shales^
Notwithstanding the zone regulations in section 8.3.1 or any other provision of tfais By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Wateriront Residential
Zone (RW-36) the following provision shall apply: .
Lot Area (Mmimum)
0.8 Hectares (2 ac.)
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force m accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by sections 34.
