TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2014-60

RECREAT!9NAL RESORT COMMERCIAL ZONE (RRC-46) TO SPECIAL

WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it

expedient to amend By-law Number2003-75 as vended, as it relates to a parcel of la^i located in Part of Lot 1, Concession W of the District of Bedford;

NPW.THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

Commercial (RRC-46) to Special Recreational Resort Commercial (RRC-63^ for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule " 1".

2* TI?AT zonirlg Bylaw ^url[lber 200375 as amended is hereby further amended by deleting section RRC-46 (Part Lot 1, Concession IV, Bedford District -Abram

Cabins) in its entirety and replacing it with a new section RRC-46, to read as

follows:

RRC-46 fLot 1. Concession IV. Bedford District - Abram’s Cabins^ Notwithstanding any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Recreational Resort Commercial (RRC-46), the following uses are permitted: Permitted Uses

a tourist establishment consisting ofsix(6) tourist cabins one seasonal dwellmg accessory buildings and structures

All other provisions of this by-law shall apply.

  1. THAT Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by

adding a new section RRC-63 (Part Lot 1 Concession FV, Bedford District)

immediately after section RRC-62 (Part Lot2 20 & 21, Concession DC, Stomngton Disb-ict -Normand), to read as follows:

RRC-63 fPart Lot 1. Concession IV. Bedford District Notwifhstandmg any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Recreational Resort Commercial (RRC-63), the foUowmg uses are permitted: Permitted Uses

a tourist establishment consisting ofone(l) tourist cabin one seasonal dwelling accessory buildings and stmctures

All other provisions of this by-law shall apply.

THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of fhe

Planning Act, 1990, as amended, either upon the date of passage or as otherwise provided by said section 34. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this seventh day of October, 2014. Read a first and second time this seventh day of October, 2014. Read a third time and finally passed this seventh day of October, 2014.
