TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2014-65
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED.

RECREATIONAL RESORT COMMERCIAL ZONE (RR LAND’FROM WAS DISPOSAL ZONE (WD) TO RURAL ZONE (RU): PART LOTS 13, 14 &~ 15. CONCESSION VIII, DISTMCTOF BEDFORD; KILBY
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel ofiand located in Part of Lots 13, 14 & 15, Concession VOl of the District of Bedford;
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Sl
L TH^T schedule “p”’to zomng By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby farther amended by changing the zoning from Special Recreational Resort
Commercial (RRC-32) tdiSpecial Recreational Resort Commercial (RRC-64) and from Waste Disposal (WD) to Rural (RU) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
21 TI?AT zonulg B^^v.t?l?lber2003~75 as amended is hereby further amended by deleting section RRC-32 (Part Lots 13,14 &15, Concession Vm, Bedford District -Canoe Lake Campground) in its entirety and replacing it with a new section RRC-32, to read as follows:

Notwithstanding any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the
lands zoned Special Recreational Resort Commercial (RRC-32), the following uses are permitted: Permitted Uses
a tourist establishment consisting of sixty seven (67) trailer sites
three (3) tourist cabins
one administration building with accessory dwelling accessory buildings and stmctures. Zone Provisions
No buildmg or structure other than a marine facility and excqrt for 40 tourist sites shall be permitted within 30 metres (98.4 ft.) of the high watermark of Canoe Lake. Relocation of any trailers within the 30 metre setback shall only be permitted provided they are no closed to the high watermark.
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply.
3’ TH^1zomng By:law NmIAM2003:75.as.amended is herebyfarther amended by adding a new section RRC-64 immediately after section RRC-63 (Part Lot 1’, Concession IV, Bedford District), to read as follows:

Notwithstanding any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Recreational Resort Commercial (RRC-64), the following uses are pemiitted: Permitted Uses
a tourist establishment consisting of eleven (11) trailer sites one administration building with accessory dwelling accessory buildmgs and structures. All other provisions of this by-law shall apply. 4.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Plamung Act, 1990, as amended, either upon the date of passage or as otherwise provided by said section 34. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this fourth day of November, 2014.
Read a first and second time this fourth day of November, 2014. Read a third time and finally passed this fourth day of November, 2014.
