BEING-ABY~LAWTOAMENI) BY-LAW NUMBER 2000-85, THE OFHCIAL
PLANFORTHETOWNSmpoFSOUTH FRONTENAC, AS AMENDED CHANGE THE DESIGNATION ON SCHEDULE ‘A- LAND USE PLAN AS BT
RELATES TO PART LOT 2, CONCESSION VUI, DISTMCT OF PORTLAND: SORTBERG.
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to ^end By-law Number 2000-85, the Official Plan for theTo^shipofSouA Frontenac, as mended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 2, Concession Vffl of the District ofPordand.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule “A”, Land Use Plan, to By-law Number 2000-85 as amended, is hereby farther amended by changmg the designation fi-om Mineral Aggregate to Rural, for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “f”.
THAT tiie Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to make application to the Minister of Municipal Affaurs and Housing for the approval of Amendment Number 20 to the Township of South Frontenac Official Plan.
THAT this By-law shall come into force and take effect on the day of passing of the
Official Plan Amendments Number 20 by the Minister ofMumcipal Affairs and
Housing.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this fourth day of November,
Read a first and second time this fourth day of November, 2014.
Read a third time and finally passed this fourth day of November, 2014.
