TH!R.EFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS^ 1.

- Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk-Administrator of all Deeds, ^truments,and other Documents necessa^ to give effect to any such Resolution; Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to
any_suchDeed, Instruments or other Documents-is hereby authorized and
confirmed.
- This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage.
