TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2015-50
A BY-LAW TO PURCHASE VARIOUS PROPERTIES AS DESCRIBED IN SCHEDULE “A” FOR ROAD WIDENING PURPOSES WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC.
WHEREAS the Township of South Frontenac wishes to purchase lands adjacent to township roads for road widening purposes in the hamlet ofBellrock,
AND WHEREAS the Township of South Frontenac entered into discussions with
landowners to purchase property for road widening purposes,
AND WHEREAS these properties have been identified as described in the Staff Report dated September 10, 2015 and an agreement has been reached for the purchase of the said .
properties;
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUT FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Council of the TownsUp of South Frontenac agrees to purchase lands described in Schedule “AM of this By-law; and
That the Mayor and Clerk-Admimstrator are authorized to sign the necessary documents to complete the transactions on behalf of the Township. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 15th day of September 2015. Read a first and second time this 15th day of September 2015.
