TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2015-63
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS AMENDED,
TO REZONE LAND FROM WATERFRONT RESIDENTIAL ZONE (RW) TO SPECIAL WATERFRONT RESIDENTIAL, ZONE (RW-37), PART LOT 16, CONCESSION IX, DISTRICT OF STORRINGTON: ORMSBEE
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 16, Concession DC of the District of Stomngton; NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSfflP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule “C”, to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning fiom Waterfront Residential (RW) to Special Waterfront Residential (RW-37) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “I”.
THAT Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding a new section RW-37 (Part Lot 16, Concession DC, Stomngton District) immediately after section RW-36 (Part Lot 16, Concession X, Loughborough District -Shales), to read as follows: RW-37 (Part Lot 16. Concession IX. Stornneton District - Ormsbee
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 8.2 or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Waterfront Residential (RW-37), the following provision shall apply. A secondary dwelling is permitted wifhm fhe existing principal building.
All other provisions of this by-law shall apply. 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, as amended, eithei upon the date of passage or as otherwise provided by said section 34. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this fifteenth day of December, 2015.
Read a first and second time this fifteenth day of December, 2015.
Read a third time and finally passed this nineteenth day of January, 2016.
