TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2016-27
A-B.Y-.1-AWTO_AMEND BY-LAW 2014.71, APPOINTING COUNCIL MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS, COMMITTEES AND ASSOCIATIONS.
vifl1E?E^S ?he council of the Township of South Frontenac appoints a number ^individuals’to carry out various duties in the Municipality and constitute different boards and committees; and,
^VH-^R^S.1?. ‘T exPedient to consolidate these appointments in order to provide a consistent list of these appointees,
A.N-D-WHEREAS_,counci"or..Robinson is temporarily unable to represent the
municipality on various committees,
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: THAT
- person,s’,as set out on Schedule “A” attached hereto, are hereby appointed to carry out various duties in the municipality and serve
on the certain Committee and Boards for the term as set out opposite their names on Schedule “A”.
Schedule “A” of this by-law may be amended by resolution of Council.
This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its final passing.
