BEINGA BY-LAWTO AMEND BY-LAWNUMBER2003-75, AS AMENDED,TO LANDS FROM RURAL ZONE (RU) TO SPECIAL RECREATIONAL COMMERCIAL ZONE (RRC-42) AND TO SPECIAL LIMITED RESIDENTIAL-WATERFRONT ZONE (RLSW-115); PART LOTS 28 IV. DISTRICT OF BEDFORD: BROWN WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to parcels of land located in Part of Lots 28 & 29, Concession IV, in the District of Bedford, NOW THEREFORE

BY ITS COUNCIL,HEREBYENACTSAS FOLLOWS: 1.

THAT Schedule ‘D’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Rural (RU) to Special Recreational Resort Commercial Zone (RRC-42) and to Special Limited Service Residential-Waterfront Zone (RLSW-115) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “1”.

THAT Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended is hereby further amended by adding a new section RLSW-115 (Part Lots 28 & 29, Concession IV, Bedford District, Brown) immediately after section RLSW114 (Part Lot 19, Concession VI, Portland District, Kerr ), to read as follows:

RLSW-115 (Part Lots 28 & 29, Concession IV. Bedford District

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 10. 3. 1 or any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Limited Service Residential-Waterfront (RLSW-115), the following provisions shall apply: Waterfrontage (Minimum)…………………….. 83 metres (272 ft.) Setback from Highwater Mark For any Structure (Minimum)…………………. 50 metres (164ft.) Setbackfrom HighwaterMark For Septic System (Minimum)………………… 50 metres (164 ft.) All other provisions of this by-law shall apply. 3.

THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the

Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34. Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this twenty-first day of February, 2017.
