TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW2017-54 A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A DEPUTY TREASURER WHEREAS Council deems it necessary to enact a by-law to provide for the appointment of a Deputy Treasurer, who in the absence of the Treasurer would carry out the duties of the Treasurer;
AND WHEREASsubsection 286(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, c. 25 as amended provides for by-laws to appoint a Deputy Treasurer to have all the powers and duties of the Treasurer under that or any other act:
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac enacts as follows:
THAT Stephanie Kuca be appointed as Deputy Treasurer for the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac effective August 21st, 2017.
THAT the duties, roles and responsibilities will be according to the Job Description approved by the Chief Administrative Officer/Clerk.
THAT any previous by-laws appointing a Deputy Treasurer be repealed.
This by-lawshall come into force and take effecton the dayof passing.
