TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2017. 56 BEINGA BY-LAWTO ASSUMEAS COMMONAND PUBLIC HIGHWAY CERTAIN LANDS IN THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, PURSUANT TO SECTION 31(6) OF THE MUNICIPAL ACT, 2001. WHEREAS certain lands in the Township of South Frontenac were deeded to the
Township of South Frontenac as part of a land conveyance for the purpose of dedicating them to public use as common and public highways; AND WHEREAS Council wishes to enact a by-law for the purpose of assuming the lands as part of the public highways to be maintained by the municipality; NOWTHEREFORETHE CORPORATIONOF THE TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH
FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTSAS FOLLOWS: Those lands herein described are hereby established and assumed as common and public highways.
Parts 1, 3 and 5 on Plan 13R-19418, Part of Lot 4, Concession VI, Loughborough District, Township of South of Frontenac, municipally known as Rosedale Road.
Parts 9 -19 on Plan 13R-21492, Part Lots 5 & 6, Concession XIII, Portland District, Township of South Frontenac, municipally known as Hinchinbrook Road North.
Parts 2, 3, 4&5 on Plan 13R-20416, Part of Lot 22, Concession II, Storrington District, Township of South Frontenac, municipally known as Moreland Dixon Road.
Part 4 on Plan 13R-21498, Part of Lot25, Concession VII, Loughborough District, Township of South Frontenac, municipally known as Leland Road.
Parts 1 - 5 on Plan 13R-21010, Part of Lot 15, Concession VIII, Bedford District, Township of South Frontenac, municipally known as Canoe Lake Road.
This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of registration of this by-law.
