TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2017-68 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS
AMENDED, TO REZONE LANDS FROM RURAL ZONE (RU) TO SPECIAL WATERFRONT RESIDENTIAL ZONE (RW-39); PART LOT 11, CONCESSION VI, DISTRICT OF LOUGHBOROUGH: QUINTAL. WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 11, Concession VII, of the District of Loughborough,
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1.
THAT Schedule ‘B’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is
hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Rural (RD) to Special Waterfront Residential (RW-39) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “1”.
THAT a new section RW-39 (Part Lot 11, Concession VI, Loughborough District - Quintal) be added immediately following section RW-38 (Part Lot 9, Concession XIII, Bedford District- Amacher), to read as follows: RW-39 (Part Lot 11. Concession VI. Louahborough District - Quintal
Notwithstanding any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Waterfront Residential (RW-39), the following special provision applies:
i)
LotArea (Minimum)……………………………. 5,261 metres2 (1.3 ac.)
All other provisions of this By-law shall also apply. 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with sections 34 and
41 of the Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34.
