TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW NUMBER 2017-69 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-75, AS
AMENDED, TO REZONE LANDS FROM RURAL ZONE (RU) TO SPECIALRURAL ZONE (RU-51); PART LOT 6, CONCESSIONVIII, DISTRICT OF STORRINGTON: JESPERSEN. WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 6, Concession VIII, of the District of Storrington,
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH
FRONTENACBY ITS COUNCIL,HEREBYENACTSAS FOLLOWS: 1.
THAT Schedule ‘C’ to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning from Rural (RU) to
Special Rural (RU-51) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule"1".
THAT a new section RU-51 (Part Lot 6, Concession VIII, Stomngton District - Jespereen) be added immediately following section RU-50 (Part Lot 1, Concession IV, Loughborough District - Bannon), to read as follows: RU-51 (Part Lot 6. Concession VII. Storrington District - Jesoersenl
Notwithstanding any other provision of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned Special Rural (RU-51), the following special provision applies:
i)
Lot Frontage (Minimum)……………………. 65 metres (213ft.)
All other provisions of this By-law shall also apply. 3.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with sections 34 and
41 of the Planning Act, 1990, either on the date of passage or as otherwise provided by section 34.
