TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAWNUMBER2017-74 BEINGA BY-LAWTO AMEND BY-LAWNUMBER2003-75, AS AMENDED,TO
REZONE LAND FROM WATERFRONT RESIDENTIALZONE (RW) TO OPEN SPACE - PRIVATE ZONE (OSP), PART LOT 8, CONCESSION Xl, DISTRICT OF STORRINGTON:PATER WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Township of South Frontenac deems it
expedient to amend By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, as it relates to a parcel of land located in Part of Lot 8, Concession Xl of the District of Stomngton; MOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule “C”, to Zoning By-law Number 2003-75 as amended, is hereby further amended by changingthe zoningfrom Waterfront ResidentialZone (RW) to Open Space-PrivateZone (OSP) for those lands shown on the attached map designated as Schedule “1”.
THIS BY-LAW shall come into force in accordance with section 34 of the
Planning Act, 1990, as amended, either upon the date of passage or as otherwise provided by said section 34.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this fifth day of December. 2017. Read a first and second time this fifth day of December, 2017.
Read a third time and finally passed this fifth day of December, 2017.
