Schedule A - Investment Policy Policy Statement

The TownshipofSouthFrontenac shall invest funds, not immediately required, to ensure the safetyofprincipalandto maintainadequateliquidityto meetexpectedcash requirements whilemaximizingtherateofreturn andsubjectto complyingwith

Ontario’sEligibleInvestments andRelatedFinancialAgreements Regulation.

This Policyprovidesguidanceforthe managementoftheTownship’sinvestment

fundsincludingrestrictionsandlimitations,risktoleranceandinvestmentobjectives. Application
