TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2019.34 A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A DEPUTY TREASURER WHEREAS Council deems it necessary to enact a by-law to provide for the appointment
of a Deputy Treasurer, who in the absence of the Treasurer would carry out the duties of the Treasurer;
AND WHEREAS subsection 286(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, c. 25 as amended
provides for by-laws to appoint a Deputy Treasurer to have all the powers and duties of the Treasurer underthat or any other act: NOWTHEREFOREthe Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac enacts as follows:
THAT Tracey Pritchard be appointed as Deputy Treasurer for the Corporation of
the Township of South Frontenac effective May 21 , 2019. 2.
THAT the duties, roles and responsibilities will be according to the Job Description approved by the ChiefAdministrative Officer/Deputy Clerk.
That Tracey Pritchard be added as a signing authority for banking purposes.
This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the day of passing.
