TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2020-62 A BY-LAWTO CONFIRMGENERALLYPREVIOUSACTIONS OF THE COUNCILOF THE CORPORATIONOF THE TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC. THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1.
The actions of the Council of the Corporation ofthe Township of South Frontenac at its Council Meeting of November 3, 2020 be confirmed.
Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk of all Deeds, Instruments and other
Documents necessaryto give effectto any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing ofthe Corporate Seal to any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed. 3.
This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 3rd day of November, 2020. Read a first and second time this 3 day of November, 2020. Read a third time and finally passed this 3rd day of November, 2020.
