TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2021-08 A BY-LAWTO CONFIRMGENERALLYPREVIOUSACTIONSOF THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATIONOF THE TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC. THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC. BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBYENACTSAS FOLLOWS:
The actions ofthe Council ofthe Corporation ofthe Township of South Frontenac at its special Council Meeting of February 16, 2021 be confirmed.
Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk of all Deeds, Instruments and other Documents necessary to give effect to any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.
This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 16 day of February 2021. Read a first and second time this 16 day of February, 2021. Read a third time and finally passed this 16 day of February, 2021.
