TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2021-25 A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM GENERALLY PREVIOUS ACTIONS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATIONOF THE TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC. THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBY ENACTSAS FOLLOWS: 1.
The actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac at its special Council Meeting of May 4, 2021 be confirmed.
Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk of all Deeds, Instmments and other
Documents necessaryto give effect to any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.
This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 4 day of May, 2021. Read a first and second time this 4 day of May, 2021. Read a third time and finally passed this 4 day of May, 2021.
