TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW 2021-28 A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM GENERALLY PREVIOUS ACTIONS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATIONOF THE TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC. THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC. BY ITS COUNCIL, HEREBYENACTSAS FOLLOWS:
The actions of the Council of the Corporation ofthe Township of South Frontenac at its special Council Meeting of May 18, 2021 be confirmed.
Execution by the Mayor and the Clerk of all Deeds, Instruments and other Documents necessary to give effect to any such Resolution, Motion or other action and the affixing of the Corporate Seal to any such Deed, Instruments or other Documents is hereby authorized and confirmed.
This By-lawshall come into force and take effect on the date of its passage.
Dated at the Township of South Frontenac this 18 day of May, 2021 Read a first and second time this 18 day of May, 2021.
Read a third time and finally passed this 18 day of May, 2021.
