TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC BY-LAW2021-60 A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2000-01, BEING A BY-LAW TO REGULATE THE USE OF TRAFFIC, PARKING AND STOPPING ON HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES IN THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH FRONTENAC, TO REGULATE SPEEDS AS OUTLINEDIN SCHEDULE"A".
WHEREASBy-law2000-01 regulates the use oftraffic, parking and stopping on highways and bridges under the jurisdiction of the Council of the Corporation ofthe Township of South Frontenac, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R. S. O. 1990, Ch. 45, as amended and the Municipal Act, 2001, Ch. 25, as amended; and
WHEREASCouncil wishesto amend By-law2000-01 as amended, forthe purposes of regulating the speed on a section of Davidson Road.
NOWTHEREFORETHE CORPORATIONOF THE TOWNSHIPOF SOUTH FRONTENAC,BY ITS COUNCIL,HEREBYENACTSAS FOLLOWS:
That the attached Schedule “A-48” is hereby added to By-law 2000-01 as amended.
This by-lawshall come intoforce and take effect upon the posting ofthe appropriate speed limit signs.
